Princeton Online is the home for open courses offered through Princeton University's initiative in online education. Within this initiative, Princeton faculty members are enhancing the quality of education on campus while sharing their course materials with learners from around the world through our online learning platform providers Coursera, edX, Kadenze, and NovoEd. Princeton’s free non-credit courses have allowed millions of students to learn in a wide range of academic disciplines through a variety of interactive formats, and some of them run concurrently with the on-campus courses upon which they are based. For more information about enrollment in these courses, please visit our FAQs.
Princeton’s online initiative is located in the McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning as part of the Center's mission of promoting educational excellence. The McGraw Center supports faculty members in all aspects of creating online courses and connecting them to structured classroom activities that engage their students in interactive learning experiences. More information about this initiative and resources for faculty interested in online teaching are located on the McGraw Center’s website.
